My Background

My name is Adam Stansbury and my training experience lies in Physique Transformation, whether it is losing body fat or gaining lean muscle.

I have trained since 1998 and have taken my own body through several transformations such as Fitness Modelling, Presenting and appearing on LA Muscle TV, competing in Natural Bodybuilding shows and recovering three times from invasive abdominal surgery.
